single parent families
1 in 4 children in the US are being raised in single parent homes. Single mothers and fathers have much higher likelihood to live in poverty, as they face incredible work/life balance issues. Single Parent Families have unique needs and issues constantly affecting their inability to overcome ruin. The emotional and financial toll on most of these families is actually helping to create an even younger population of single parents who are just children themselves.
Jazzie Cares Foundation is committed to ending this cycle and helping build resource connections for families that help them to become more productive, more resourceful and more informed on how to be the best parent they can be for their children.
Jazzie Cares Foundation vows to make a profound difference in the lives of single parents and their families in the years to come.
1 in 3 people are one financial crisis away from falling into poverty and 50 percent of Americans will experience poverty and are living paycheck to paycheck. Part of the problem is low-income families receive short-term solutions for long-term issues.
Jazzie Cares Foundation believes a relational approach can change lives over time. Our goal is to connect families with resources and networks to make the dreams of securing safe homes, living wages, and better education a reality.
Through trusted relationships within the community, we'll partner to help families develop the personal well-being and financial strength they need to achieve economic stability and break the cycle of poverty for their families.
